Description of the Related Art As a conventional actuator device, an actuator device is known, in which a driving source is disposed at the outside of the vehicle for driving a wire harness connected to a door handle, and a door lock actuator is disposed at the door for opening and closing the door of the vehicle. The actuator device is constructed such that, when the door handle is operated by the driver's hand, a cable is pulled to open the door. However, in the actuator device of the above-described type, when a driver is getting in or out of a vehicle or leaving a vehicle, he or she may touch the cable in order to open or close the door, causing the wire harness connected to the door handle to be pulled, thereby causing malfunctioning of the door lock. No. 3,634,418 to provide a safety apparatus for use with a machine having a rotatable disc mounted for rotation about a vertical axis and having machine tools thereon, such as grinders or drills. Such safety apparatus includes a member disposed in a known manner to surround the axis of rotation and having a recess therein and a pin which extends across the recess in a known manner, such that the disc of the machine will not rotate if the pin is in the recess. The safety apparatus is provided to block the access of the operator to the area of the machine in which the disc is mounted. In the above-described safety apparatus, the positioning of the member with respect to the machine, and particularly the clearance between the pin and the recess, is critical in order to achieve the blocking action.
